Universal Test Rig
The Brief
To design and build an automated and adjustable test rig for life testing a number of lock type components and products.
The Solution
We designed a free standing, fully enclosed, pneumatic rig with a large bed to enable the easy setup and test of various components. The controller was an industrial PC running a LabView interface to facilitate easy adjustment of the cylinder timings.
